Prototyping an Event Design from Live to Online
Do you want to:
- Experience how to design in extraordinary times?
- Practice how to pivot from live to online events?
- Learn how to collaborate on your Event Design using Zoom & Mural?
- Prototype creative and innovative solutions online rapidly?
- Connect with like minded Event Design peers?
What can you expect?
In a time of social distancing we can still work collectively. We will take an existing live event case study and collectively pivot the event design to an online prototype for that event.
We will be using tried and tested tools like Mural and Zoom you contribute to collaboratively designing online. Facilitated by the team at the Event Design Collective you can experience first hand how powerful this experience can be.
If you are not fully comfortable using tools like Zoom and Mural you will be invited to join 30 minutes before the rest of the participants to have a refresher on using these tools effectively with one of our facilitators.
Try it and achieve unexpected results. Space is limited. Can we count on you ?
After this session you will be able to:
- come up with prototypes for taking your event online
- facilitate teams to quickly pivot to online collaborative creation tools
- frame the value of your team work as an Event Designer
