We encourage you to watch this space for updates and next steps.

For now, we would be delighted if you would create and bring your “Experience Journey” for this program. (we leave it to your creative mind to present it in an original way to your fellow participants). Curious to know how much time you have to prepare until we get started?

The EDC MasterMind Program is designed for CED-Certified Event Designers and advanced practitioners. It will consist of a 3 day program onsite followed by a series of online MasterMind zoom sessions to become a Trusted Advisor in collaboration with your fellow EDC MasterMinds and coaches Paul Rulkens, Roel Frissen, Ruud Janssen and Dennis Luijer. The curriculum is based on the proven methodology featuring the latest case studies and content from real-world Event Designs created using the #EventCanvas.

You will be able to edit this mural.

We will advise regarding the WiFI at the venue.

Want to complete the Student Experience? Some of us are staying at “The Student Hotel” which is very close to the Roeterseiland Venue and . This is the flagship hotel for “The Student Hotel” concept and is located on Wibautstraat, aka Knowledge Mile, the social, creative and entrepreneurial hub of the city. The building is the former printing press facilities of Het Parool and Trouw newspapers, in a space that has since been obsessively re-designed as a giant playground for travelers, mobile professionals, creative nomads, students, and local change-makers. Plus you can conveniently rent a bike right from your hotel.
Also, we are happy to inform that we have negotiated and created a promo code for the Mastermind group at The Student Hotel in Amsterdam. This promo code provides a 20% discount on the best available (flexible) hotel rates and is available between 14 and 18 November 2019.

To use it go to the hotel’s website: fill in the dates: 14-17 November, then click on “Enter a discount code” and enter the code we sent you by email. Should you not have received it, send us an email.

We are thinking of biking in Amsterdam to give you the real spirit of tackling obstacles even before we start. Are you game?

You can rent a bike at The Student Hotel upon checkin for a small fee. Please make arrangements to have a bike if you want to experience the true Amsterdam Student Life experience.
