Event Design Sprint 2 = Â Articulate behaviour change per stakeholder (11 stakeholders to delight from stakeholder analysis) + Frame Event Design. Then articulate the behaviour change per stakeholder in a narrative per stakeholder and for the full event.
Event Design Sprint 3 = Prototype possible Event Designs with team based on ideas parked in the IDEA Quarantine and draw out most effective prototype + report back to Event Owner.
