8 System Prototypes SOL Independence Day
Stage 8 — System Prototypes (3+1) APPROVED
Prototype 1 — ESPÍRITU LIBRE: The Launch-Bet Arena
Core idea: One-day arena where every market makes a public 90-day launch bet, paired with a scoreboard and unblocker mechanism led by the Global Marketing Director.
- Public commitments (bets) + peer challenge
- Pitch certification (60-sec)
- Blocker ticket desk + SLA
- 90-day cadence (scoreboard + proof rooms)
Prototype 2 — 24-Hour Rebel Sprint: Build Your Market Hack
Core idea: Hackathon-style sprint where markets build an executable local launch hack; seed funding can be allocated to remove “no budget” excuses.
- Rapid prototyping + pitch night
- Hack library for copy/paste scaling
- 30/60/90 demo days
Prototype 3 — Adopt-a-Brand: Adoption Ceremony + Proof Trials
Core idea: Emotional adoption ritual to create ownership, followed by structured proof trials (tasks) that earn badges and status.
- Ritual pledge + identity shift
- Rotating trials (pitch, customers, activation, negotiation)
- Recognition economy (Rebel League)
Prototype 4 (Non-event) — No Intervention: Orphan Brand Drift
Core idea: Do nothing / business as usual. Behaviour does not change; scepticism entrenches; market expansion and credibility decline.
