How to use the Empathy Map

The Empathy Map is created by XPLANE and helps you and your team to empathize with the stakeholder(s). In the Event Canvas™ methodology, the Empathy Map is used to articulate behavior.

It is important to Empathise with each stakeholder before AND after the event you are designing. The drawing below shows how you can use the entries on the Empathy Map to create the Event Canvas™.
